Thanks for the classes, you've done a great job in teaching us the basics of meditation in just a few short sessions. Learning to meditate has made me think positively, have control on my thoughts, which has eliminated stress.
Tried meditation before but this has given me useful techniques to improve my meditation ability.
The meditation sessions were well structured and they definitely taught me the principle and the idea behind the exercise. There was also enough time to practice and try each exercise in the session. I particularly liked it when we did the full body awareness and relaxation exercise with the deep breathing.

This course did not give me the fish but the proper gear to go fish it.

About The Founder:
Ajay Ramdas, Success coach and founder of At Peace Meditation Group is a qualified meditation teacher. Ajay embarked on this journey in India, 15 years ago, of discovering, practising and applying the techniques of meditation & yoga. The transformation continues to inspire Ajay and his passion to share these techniques saw him founding, At Peace Meditation Group in late 2009.
Since then Ajay has taught meditation to hundreds of individuals and has touched the lives of many more, in different ways - recovery from anxiety, relief from arthritis and insomnia, reduced stress, boosted confidence and morale, ability to balance emotional stress, improved health & relationships – to quote a few. Future projects of At Peace Meditation Group include releasing its first CD of guided meditation, roll out the project ‘Meditation in Mall’, promote ‘Lighten Up’ – a free guided meditation session, publish books to make meditation easy for the general public encouraging more people to practice meditation and live the moment.
Ajay is a White Ribbon Ambassador, certified Healthy Relationship Ambassador and an avid campaigner against family and domestic violence.
A qualified corporate trainer by profession, Ajay has worked in responsible positions for Fortune 500 corporations including ING, AIG, AMP and Sheraton Hotels. As a Learning & Organization Development professional, Ajay is currently working on the project of Implementing Business Excellence, Change Management and Risk at a local government council in Melbourne.
Ajay resides in Melbourne with his family.
