Gam is lovely, strong and full of energy. A qualified Yoga instructor, she also teaches Qigong and is a Buddhist spiritual healer.
Have been practice Buddhist mindfulness training from Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh since 2008. Having intensively practiced Yoga from 2008 and Qigong- performing Matial Art when she was 17 years old and started dedicated Qigong practice with master Alex Lim since 2013.
She has found the best way to connect these two ancient systems and help guiding her clients (especially busy women) how to practically incorporate these systems into our daily lives to stay healthy, be more comfortable in their own bodies to live a happier, healthier and more balanced life.
Gam helps her clients to reconnect to themselves and realize their own potential, to find their inner strength, to re-awaken their vitality and to know the best way to maintain their health in general. She can also focus on any special needs regarding any aspect of health and wellness.
Her teaching is also combined with sound healing during the class to help clients release tension and energy blockages, leaving them in a more calm, peaceful state.
Gam has a strong view of introducing this health and mindfulness education to support the children, teaching them some of the most valuable life skills they will ever learn which will help them throughout their life. Gam's classes offer children the opportunity to reconnect with their own true nature of being, assisting them to train their mind and body to be strong and healthy, which will also help them to have a clear mind to make the right decisions in life.
They will learn simple, fun and powerful exercises which will enable them to awaken their self healing potential, teaching them to manage their vital energy, let go of stress anger, anxiety, depression and other emotional issues. Other benefits include improved balance, co-ordination, flexibility, strength, focus, creativity, increased, increased happiness and a sense of calm and peacefulness.
It is best if parents can join the class with their children, this way you will encourage and guide them to continue and enjoy their practice even when at home, so you can all have a more quiet, relaxing time at the end of the day.
