The approach is gentle but firm.
Nice pure natural balms with essential oils are being used.
The work includes approaches such as:
- Deep tissue massage,
- Relaxation massage
- Sports, Swedish and postural techniques and approaches,
- Trigger point therapy,
- Myofascial release.
(Traditional Thai yoga massage, which is stretching, compression, passive movement, and relaxation, is available as a separate session.)

-20 years of experience in bodywork, working with chiropractors, physiotherapists, yoga teachers and pilates instructors.
