About Us

Dr. Amanda Horden is the Managing Director at Bayside Healthy Living. Amanda is an accredited Hypnotherapist who received training at the Academy of Hypnotic Science, which is the ONLY government recognised and Victorian-based provider of fully accredited Clinical Hypnotherapy training.

Amanda is deeply passionate and committed to assisting her clients to reach their goals and enjoy their lives healthily. Utilising Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy methods, Amanda has made significant changes in the lives of thousands of people, helping them to alter their mindset and to embrace more meaningful lives.

  • We offer support regularly, on day 3, 7, 21, month 3 and 12 months down the track.
