Hi, I’m Shreen El Masry, your dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach in Coogee! My mission in life is to support, educate and inspire as many women as I can to be themselves; and live a healthy, happy, fun and balanced life.

I help women every day to feel fit, happy and healthy through my personal training, outdoor fitness groups and wellness coaching programs.
My personal training sessions provide that individual support to help my clients: achieve their health and wellness goals; get their health and fitness back on track; and create the life they want to live. Click here to learn more.
While my outdoor fitness groups are all about having fun, and getting fit at the same time; as well as meeting like-minded women and having a laugh. My outdoor fitness groups are not just about fitness, but about building a community of happy, healthy women. Because of this, I include social get-togethers and events into my fitness programs so we can learn about living a balanced life – and yes, that includes having a glass of wine!
MY COMPLETE WELLNESS APPROACH
I share my nutrition and wellness knowledge and experience with everyone at my personal training sessions or outdoor fitness groups; focusing on food as medicine and general wellness practices.
Wellness is more than just food and exercise; wellness is everything. It encompasses you and everything around you including: your mind; body; spirit; friends; family; work; communities; and your environment.
With this in mind, I also offer Wellness Coaching to give my clients that extra support with their eating and lifestyle; so they can live a healthy, balanced and fun life once and for all.
OUTDOOR FITNESS GROUPS
The Be You Be Free outdoor fitness groups are not just about getting fit, they offer a whole lot more. You’ll become part of a community of like-minded women who will support and motivate you to be your best. We have weekly coastal walks and regular social events; plus, I will give you lots of health and wellness tips so you can create a more balanced and healthy life.
My personal training sessions are tailored to your individual fitness needs. Before we begin, we’ll set your personalised goals and develop an achievable timeframe to reach them within. We’ll also design a fitness program that works for you.
Wellness Coaching is a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential partnership where you can challenge the beliefs, habits and fears that are keeping you stuck in the dieting cycle.
Through the process of coaching, you will create positive eating and thinking habits, that will help you establish a balanced and realistic approach to eating; as well as giving you a healthier relationship with your body.
MUMS FITNESS GROUPS
The Be You Be Free outdoor fitness groups for mums are not just about exercise, they offer a whole lot more. You’ll become part of a community of like-minded women and mums, who will support and motivate you along your journey to health and wellness
As a mum, it can sometimes be hard to get out of the house and socialise; so, we offer weekly coastal walks and regular social events that you can attend where you’ll meet other mums and women like you. Plus, I will give you lots of health and wellness tips for you and your family, so you can create a balanced and healthy life that works for you.
The Wellness Workshops are a key component of the Be You Be Free Corporate Wellness Program. They can be run as stand-alone workshops, or to complement your existing Corporate Wellness Program. Or they can be run as part of a team building day, or employee motivation and engagement exercise.
Through the Wellness Workshops, your employees will learn that wellness is more than just nutrition and fitness; it encompasses their whole self and everything around them including their: mind; body; spirit; friends; family; work; community; and environment. They will learn that wellness is about achieving a balance between all these aspects of their lives.
