Beyoutiful Yoga is a new yoga face in Melbourne and on the web, offering a range of yoga practices designed to cultivate health & well-being throughout the exploration of the body, breath and mind. These practices include physical postures, breath, relaxation and meditation techniques that affect the body’s systems and aim at restoring balance, harmony and vitality. This holistic approach also provides individuals with a greater sense of Self-awareness, it is an invitation to draw inwards and explore the areas of our whole being that require attention and action to re-establish the equilibrium lost in the fortress of our fast-paced and stressful lives.

Yoga is fun when practiced with a community of friends, a different approach to the classic classes in a studio, the yoga with friends concept allows you to spend a privileged time with the people you love as well as be more disciplined with your everyday practice, ON & OFF the mat.

How to make it happen…
* gather a minimum of 3 of your friends
* agree on a suitable time
* give us a call
and we’ll come to your home for a “beyoutiful” practice.

[+] as the organizer you will benefit from a 50% discount rate.


***YOGA ONE ON ONE
Group sessions are not suitable for everyone,
especially if you are a busy professional or if you would like to address specific needs such as:
* an injury
* chronic pains or ailments
* specific conditions (dysmenorrhoea, high blood pressure, back problem…)

Wait, there is more…
Private sessions are also for students who would like deepening their practice and exploring the realm of yoga a little further.

Regardless of your motivation, a tailored yoga practice is the most beneficial approach for individuals.

[+] private sessions can accommodate up to 2 persons if desired.

“Dedicated yoga practitioner for about 10 years, I first came to yoga not long after entering the corporate world in order to evacuate the stress I was experiencing. I initially thought that I would “give it a go and see what happens”… the reality is that I have never stopped practicing since then! My curiosity, interest and true passion for yoga grew continuously over the years and led me to follow the well-regarded yoga teaching course at the CAE in Melbourne in parallel of my full-time job as an Account Director in the Web industry. The wonderful two-year adventure was truly transforming and naturally gave birth to the desire of sharing the love and science of yoga with others, to help individuals with their every day life and responsibilities, reconnect with themselves and the environments they evolve in, while cultivating health & well-being.

Yoga is a very powerful tool to accompany us in life, available to all irrespective of our motivations or end goals. I would like to offer individuals the opportunity of apprehending it!“
