About Katie
Katie began massage therapy in 1990; and she soon realised that this was her calling. Katie is fully trained in many different styles of massage, she specialises and teaches in abdominal organ massage.
Along with her utilising remedial work, shiatsu, aromatherapy, Thai massage and craniosacral therapy she discovered the wonder of Kahuna bodywork and combines this with her deep abdominal work.
Katie has a remarkable understanding of the body and utilises her understanding of Kahuna Principles to develop a combination of exercises and products to de-stress, balance and bring about effective healing.
Through her years of dancing, yoga practice and Kahuna exercises form a flexible approach in her bodycare classes to build strength, enhance flexibility and posture, and relieve stress and pain.
