Face-to-Face Pilates Classes


Studio Pilates Classes

Body and Balance Fitness & Wellness holds face-to-face Pilates classes in Manly Vale NSW that are adjusted according to your fitness levels. Our instructors provide individual attention and tailor the movements to your personal requirements and goals.

A live stream of our classes will be available via Zoom for the convenience of those who won’t be able to attend.

In compliance with the Australian government’s protective measures against the spread of COVID-19, we are only accommodating 10 people at a time in our studio. Moreover, you need to bring your own yoga mat, weights, stretch band and ball.

If you wish to purchase these equipment from us, kindly place your order beforehand. We would appreciate it if you could arrive 10 minutes before the class so that we have ample time to discuss any issues indicated on your enrolment form.
