During our private or semi-private studio session, (3 people maximum per instructor), each client is taught according to their individual needs. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a series of Pilates moves – both on the mats and Pilates equipment – that are designed to help your body, while under constant supervision from the instructor.
These one-hour studio sessions increase gradually in intensity as you gain greater strength, with plenty of juicy stuff to keep you coming back for more.
You will burn half as many calories than if you had walked without distraction, and had paid attention to your working muscles.
