About Me

I became an Alexander Teacher in 1986 and as a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 1990. These modalities make up the central parts of my practice, however, the true foundation of my work lies in the continuous enquiry into the experience of life within my body over the past four decades.

Along with running a private practice, I have run workshops and classes for corporations such as The Reserve Bank, IBM, ABC TV, Sydney Youth Orchestra, CSIRO, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, The Australian National Teachers of Singing Association and NIDA.  I've been a member of the Training Accreditation Board for the Feldenkrais Guild and the Alexander Technique Training Course Board for AUSTAT. In 1997 I became a Feldenkrais Assistant Trainer.
