What is Wellness Coaching?
Health & Wellness Coaching is a process that brings about positive long-term behavioural change by taking achievable, smaller steps. With positive psychology, trust, listening, motivational skills, accountability and reflections, Health & Wellness Coaches help the client to unlock their inner wisdom and motivation – each of us already know intuitively what it is we need to do improve our happiness and health. We each possess an internal vision of what the ultimate healthy life looks like. If I was to ask you right now; what are the three things you could be doing to improve your wellbeing and health; you would know almost straight away. So that is where we begin, and we transform your vision into real action.
Not your run of the mill personal trainer
I understand what it is like to walk into a gym and feel overwhelmed and intimidated; either by other members or by personal trainers who all seem to know exactly what they are doing. I also understand how difficult it can be to juggle the demands of everyday living and the need to work out. I am also aware of how difficult it is to always make food choices that are nourishing.
Body Mind & Soul Health & Fitness is designed for busy mothers, women and men who want to be the best possible version of themselves but are lacking the knowledge and the time to make this a reality. We do not employ a blanket approach – we recognise that every individual is unique, and thus so is my approach with each individual client – helping you to restore your health one step at a time.
