Bowen Therapy and Applied Myoskeletal Therapy are extremely effective yet gentle therpies that achieve amazing results for your body by gently influencing both the soft tissue and the structure.

In the clinic we can help you with soft tissue realaxation and also structural correction from both recent  and long term concerns.

Head Talk is a mental health service I offer. I have at my disposal the following techniques -  counselling/coaching as well a process called TRTP - The Richards Trauma Process. I work with both males and females and also children (some conditions apply).

I specialise in Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship damge and Anger management for both males and females. These services can be done either in person at my clinic in Cleveland or via Zoom so you don't have to be local/live close by to be able to benefit from this amazing Therapy.
