Considering learning the Bowen Technique?

Whether looking for a new career, change of direction or adding a new modality to what you currently practice, learning Bowenwork gives you a wonderful opportunity to work holistically with your clients.

This dynamic technique is easy to learn and can be applied with great effect immediately after the first class.

Why study Bowtech Bowen?

Having been the industry standard for Bowen therapy since it was first taught in December 1986, courses have been continually upgraded and brought into line with evolving standards of education in Australia.

Bowen Training Australia RTO#41134 offers two nationally recognised courses: the Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy 10533NAT and Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy 10534NAT. Completion of either of these courses enables you to practice as a Bowen therapist in Australia.

Bowen Training Australia Instructors are dedicated to Bowen and committed to supporting you throughout your training.

Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy 10533NAT

This course consists of two areas of study: ‘enterprise units’ comprising Bowen procedures and ‘training package units’ of material essential to all professional therapists.

The ‘enterprise units’ comprise a series of seven two-day, hands-on training modules, delivered typically in weekend workshops in many locations around Australia. Case studies, a student logbook and professional reflection assessment round out the ‘enterprise units’ requirement.

The ‘training package units’ required to complete for the Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy qualification are: Anatomy and Physiology, Communication and Referrals, Administer a Practice, Work Health and Safety, Infection Control and First Aid.

Note: These ‘training package units’ are available by distance education from Bowen Training Australia. If previously studied or relevant work/life experience has been gained, an application for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and/or Credit Transfer (CT) can be submitted.
