This is your starting point: "Success will not happen by chance, nor will it happen overnight. It will not happen if I spend more time making excuses than I do training. It will not happen if I am easy on myself for not sticking to my plan. I will not blame bad weather or a lack of time. Only I can make it happen and I will. This is my mission and I choose to accept it."

ABOUT

Nick Woodall is the founding director of Inner West Boxing & Personal Training. Nick is a registered Cert IV Personal Trainer and Punchfit Instructor. He has 15 years experience in boxing, kettlebell and resistance training. Nick learned these training methods from a NSW Police Inspector, who has served with the NSW Police Tactical Response Group and State Protection Group. Nick has also trained in Thailand with Samart Payakaroon, a five-time Muay Thai champion and with the Biggest Loser's Commando Steve.

Inner West Boxing & Personal Training is based in Sydney’s inner west and conducts training in Glebe, Annandale, Pyrmont, Balmain, Leichhardt, Petersham and the CBD. We offer a variety of training programs catering to all levels of fitness and abilities: from going hard with corporate bootcamp to gradually building fitness and strength with mums and bubs classes.

At Inner West Boxing & Personal Training we listen to your needs and goals to develop a tailor-made training program. We offer group training, buddy or one-on-one training.

Every session is different and can include boxing, circuit training, kettlebell training, team sports and bootcamp training.

SERVICES

One-On-One Personal Training

In our personal training sessions the focus is you. Goals are tailored to the individual and results are achieved more quickly. If you don't feel comfortable exercising in a group or don’t want to share the attention of the trainer, then this is for you.

This type of training is the best way to test the boundaries of your mental and physical fitness.

Corporate Fitness

We offer corporate fitness and bootcamp for employers who want to get the most out of their employees as well as inject some healthy competition and team bonding into the workplace. This is a great way to improve comraderie, breed loyalty within the organisation and minimize days off work due to illness. We also design and conduct bootcamp and fitness programs for corporate conferences as well as corporate fitness competitions in conjunction with The Biggest Loser's Commando Steve.

Bootcamp

We are offering two free trial sessions - so come on join up now......

Bootcamp is running in Glebe at Jubilee Park - see our Timetable for session times.

This is a great way to be inspired and encouraged by others and is a cheaper alternative to one-on-one personal training.

Most of the training is focused on achieving goals in a team environment. People of all levels of fitness are welcome to enjoy the buzz of Woody’s bootcamps.

It's a fun and non-competitive atmosphere, but you will be pushed physically and mentally.

Boxing Classes

We are offering two free trial sessions - so come on join up now......

Boxing Classes are running in Glebe at Jubilee Park - see our Timetable for session times.

Boxing is a great way to improve hand/eye coordination, cardio fitness, balance and self- esteem. You will learn correct technique and actual boxing combinations. This is a great way to beat the stresses of daily life whether that be in your professional or personal life.

Crossfit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program defined as constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.

The goal of CrossFit is to improve fitness, which it defines as work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Increases in work capacity will result in the greater general physical preparedness of people undertaking this form of training. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, rowing & powerlifting.

CrossFit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. It defines fitness as "increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains."

Workouts are typically short - 20 minutes or less - and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. Performance, such as the time required to complete a sequence of movements, is measured and recorded, both to facilitate competition between participants and to track individual progress.

Mums 'n Bubs Classes

We are offering two free trial sessions - so come on join up now......

Our mums and bubs classes are at Jubilee Park in Glebe on Wednesday & Friday at 9.30am. We work on improving strength in the core, upper and lower body to help you get back your pre-baby body. It's about doing what you're capable of, whilst building to a fitness level that better enables you keep up with the demands of a young family. I am the father of a toddler and young baby and understand the needs of new mothers.

The atmosphere is very friendly, and after class many of the mums and bubs have a catch-up in local Glebe cafes.
