About Your Instructor
MY EXPERIENCE, MY PASSION
I have been teaching Chi Gong and Tai Chi for over ten years.
I have been blessed with enthusiastic students from all walks of life, and of all ages. My students have included retirees on Bribie Island, adults of all ages and fitness levels on the Sunshine Coast, martial arts students and corporate workforces in Brisbane.
I am extremely passionate about this form of exercise, because no matter what is occurring in my life, after my Chi Gong and Tai Chi practice each morning my mind is clearer, my feelings are calmer, my spirit is lighter... And my body loves it, too!
Don't just take my word for it, the science is in, and many studies have shown just how effective Chi Gong and Tai Chi are for our physical, mental and emotional health.
Currently we run classes on Saturdays at 8am opposite the Grange library, corner of Sellheim Street and Lanham Avenue.
These classes cost $10 a class.
Corporate classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am-10:30am - other times by mutual agreement.
Personalised classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am-11:00am - and are available at other times, by mutual agreement - just enquire and we will see what works.
