For times when you can't make it in person, Telehealth may be an option.
I offer Telehealth for when it is not an option to visit the clinic in person. It is worth a conversation to see if it is right for you.
We will use the health video conferencing platform called Coviu as a first preference, and Zoom as a second preference. You’ll need Google Chrome for Coviu, or the Zoom App for Zoom. Have your phone handy as an audio back up or in case we need to problem solve.
You can use your laptop, tablet or smartphone. A Laptop or tablet is better where there is a choice, but the phone works well enough. We can make a time to ‘test drive’ the tech ahead of your appointment if you wish.
Telehealth can be used for me to walk you through ways to help yourself:
exercises for strength, flexibility or pain relief
targeted mindfulness/meditation w awareness to the area/s that I would have targeted in hands on treatment
home based work ergonomics assessments
I allow extra time throughout the day for cleaning touchpoints
Hand sanitiser and handwashing options available
The clinic space is well ventilated
I check health and travel status before each appointment, and either reschedule or switch to telehealth where applicable
Single use masks are available
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.
