How do my emotions affect my health?
Emotions such as anger, fear, grief and a number of others can negatively impact upon us even long after the original event occurred. When our body fails to “release” these feelings or emotions we may find ourselves with self-destructive behaviours, phobias, poor habits and a number of chronic physical issues.
We utilise a method called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to highlight, and to help you release “stuck” emotional patterns.
Utilising NET, we are able to discover these negatively geared, stuck emotions that are housed in your body and we are able to alleviate them. It’s fun. It’s fast. And it can drastically improve your overall wellbeing.
Discovering and balancing these stuck memory loops is conducted with the use of simple muscle testing techniques. This will help to work out if your body is in a state of harmony with a specific idea or concept which is related to an unresolved emotional event.
You will develop a mental picture, or “snapshot”, of the original triggering event. Your body will take on an emotional state, one that is similar to the way it initially reacted. At this point, we will then contact, a specific body point holding the emotion. This assists your body to remove the unresolved emotion that is linked to the event. It’s simple.
