Our computerized HUR® Health & Fitness machines are operated using air pressure, enabling a natural transmission of force. This means they provide a ‘step-less’ transmission making them effective regardless of the user’s strength capacity. HUR® equipment is more sophisticated than traditional gym equipment.
We use smart card technology so training and machines can be tailored to the individual. Clients use the card provided to check-in, preset resistance on each machine and keep track of their workout history.
Our Exercise Physiologist is available to guide you and ensure you complete a safe and effective training routine to achieve the best possible outcomes for you. The HUR® technology allows our Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and doctor to track your progress and treat you accordingly.
