Managing your specific health needs may include lifestyle and dietary modification along side a health program including any of the following complementary treatments:

Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is recognized by the World Health Organisation and is by far the most widespread form of medicine used worldwide. Scientific research continues to validate the efficacy of herbal medicine.

Mineral Therapy
Mineral therapy is aimed at restoring and balancing the body’s mineral status. Areas of deficiency or increased needs are identified, allowing low dose mineral supplementation to be prescribed.

Homoeopathy
Homoeopathy is based on the principle that ‘like cures like’ that is, a substance that is capable of producing symptoms in a healthy person, is also capable of removing similar symptoms in an unwell person.

Homoeopathy is natural, safe, inexpensive and great for use with infants and toddlers.

Nutritional Medicine & Diet
Stress, pollution, lifestyle and genetic factors play a major role in increasing the body’s demand for certain nutrients. Health and healing are incomplete unless we have a biochemical balance through good diet.

Poor eating habits and modern food production techniques can result in dietary imbalances, which can contribute to a reduction in the body’s capacity to function efficiently.
