However, the general aim of treatment is to balance the body by nourishing deficiencies and enhancing the flow of blood and Qi, providing effective diet and lifestyle advice and working through emotional distress.

Men’s Health

Men’s Health can be defined as the holistic management of health conditions and risks that are most common or specific to men to enhance optimal emotional, physical and social health. Whilst male sexual health is integral, men’s health extends beyond this.

At the clinic Matthew will look to encourage all males to take individual action to enhance their own wellbeing as well as concentrating on appropriate activities which helps to guide their own healthcare. Preventative practices for men’s health emphasis exercise, diet and stress management, as well as the elimination of risky behaviours such as excessive drinking and smoking. Men can greatly benefit from enhanced knowledge of male medical issues and by understanding how lifestyle choices impact health.
