Jen Hamilton has been teaching Yoga in Cairns northern beaches for over 15 years.
She has training in both Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga and has drawn from many styles and teachers to form a unique, enjoyable and popular style.
Jen's approach is non serious and playful,
combining enjoyment with precise instruction, working intelligently with joint alignment, core strength, stability and flexibility - Quieting the mind, instilling calmness.

An uplifting balance of dynamic flowing sequences and nurturing poses designed to bring ease of movement to the body and relaxation to the mind.
This vinyasa style energises, builds strength,flexibility and stamina whilst bringing a feeling of balance and peace within.
Easy Yoga
Simple and effective Yoga postures to restore whole body flexibility and strength gently with attention to individual technique and alignment.
Great for the raw beginner, injury management or those just wanting to relax to the sound of the waves and have a good stretch and de-stress.
