A dietetic consultation involves the conduction of a series of in-depth and comprehensive assessment of the adequacy of a client’s current lifestyle and dietary practice against their nutritional requirements and health-related goals. After my assessment, I provide customised and personalised dietary advice, nutritional education and practical recommendations that are in line with a client’s food preferences, nutritional requirements and lifestyle. My primary aim is not to put my clients on restrictive diets or suggest making too many changes at once, but rather to help them in making gradual, small changes towards their specific goals and to offer them with sustained support and advice to maintain long-term habits. Initial: $95 (60 mins)

Review: $75 (30 mins)

GPMP/TCA patients: No gap charged
