Services Offered

Reflexology

A reflexology massage works holistically on body, mind, and spirit to promote deep relaxation and inner balance.

Pressure is applied to various zones on the hands, feet, and ears to promote relaxation, circulation, ease pain, and promote healing.

Among the problems reflexology can help with are:

  • Menstrual pain, PMS
  • Pregnancy
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Digestive issues
  • Sinuses
  • Headaches

Both physical and emotional ailments can be treated with reflexology.

Treatment may include a 45- or 60-minute foot soak or a 90-minute health and wellness coaching session.

Acupressure

In traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are major energy pathways in the body. This energy, called chi, permeates the entire body but is particularly concentrated in the meridians.

If chi energy is blocked or stagnant, it can lead to discomfort and pain in the body. However, a healthy flow of chi leads to more energy, better health, and less pain.

Using Traditional Chinese Meridian Theory, Acupressure Massage restores a balanced energy flow throughout the entire body by identifying energy pathways through the body, just like in acupuncture.

But unlike acupuncture, acupressure doesn't use needles to target pressure points; instead, it uses hands, elbows, and other tools to massage.

Benefits of acupressure include:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Relaxing the body and mind
  • Boosts circulation
  • Help the body rid itself of toxins
  • Providing pain relief
  • Boosts your energy levels and sense of wellbeing
  • Lessens labour pains
