Celia Roberts - Yoga Classes & Training


YOGA CLASSES


Weekly Yoga classes help us to establish heightened vitality and sensitivity.

Together we will explore the science of Yoga and compassion, the biology of empathy, integrative medicine, embodied cognition and neuroscience.

Yoga Classes will improve your:

Classes are suitable for people of all ages and all abilities, from beginners to advanced. I teach to all levels and have experience working with all personal requirements. Pregnant and post-natal women are welcome too!

If you have an existing injury or medical condition, please let me know prior to the class starting. If you feel as though you would be best served by having a private Yoga Therapy consultation, please call me to book.

All equipment is provided. Youíre welcome to come to class without a prior booking. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, a smile, and a warm heart.
