As a Counsellor, I take a person centred/solution based approach, treating every client as an indevidual. I work colabarativley with my clients to help them set goals, overcome problems and improve their life in ways that align with their own unique beliefs and values.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I help my clients by treating them directly on the subconscious level. Clinical Hypnotherapy can help people stop smoking, lose weight and assist with the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, greif, phobias and more.
