Previously a veterinarian, Chloe's absolute belief in good nutrition as a backbone to optimum health led her to become a dietitian - and she loves nothing better than helping her clients to achieve just that. In your first one hour appointment I conduct an overall detailed assessment of your health which will encompass your medical history and any recent tests, social history, occupation and lifestyle,stress levels, family history, medications, health goals and what has/has not worked for you previously, current clinical condition and symptoms and of course your diet!

We will then work out a personalised nutrition care plan - together. My clients are 100% invested in improving their health, rather than being preached to. Depending on the goals we set for you, you might return to see me weekly, fortnightly or monthly - some drive their own journey to better health, whilst for others I provide coaching and support until they can manage on their own.

I am not a diet Nazi. I love food. And I want you to love food and eat the foods you and your family enjoy and which will fit in with your lifestyle.

My aim is for clients to stop dieting, and to change the way they view food and eating. To achieve a healthy relationship with food, and still be able to eat their favourite treats. I will help you to make small sustainable changes which will dramatically improve and enrich your health and your life.I will be as gentle and compassionate with you as I would like for you to be with yourself, but I will also be tough when the need arises.

I practice what I preach I know how hard it can be to make changes, and stay motivated.

Diet is intricately linked to health and disease. I believe we are what we eat, but eating is a behaviour affected by social, emotional, environmental and psychological factors. I will help you to create healthy habits which will easily and effortlessly become part of your lifestyle.

You eat between 3 and 6 times a day . I will tailor these occasions to give you more energy, make you feel less fatigued and at your very best.

I will help you cut through the overwhelming amount of nutrition advice and health trends out there, the celebrities and so-called experts, and feel empowered to know what is good advice and what is really not! I have seen all the fad and quick-fix diets, and have helped people who have struggled to lose weight and keep it off. Some discipline and effort is required for the long-term sustainable results I will give you . But you will be empowered to achieve this and completely supported through the process. You can escape the dieting cycle. The best advice isnt always trendy or sexy.. but I promise you proven techniques and information, backed by science and a flexible, personalised care plan which puts your long-term health first.
