To begin with, an in-depth and comprehensive examination is conducted by our physiotherapists that will determine and explain the nature of your issue and why it may have occurred. We will then devise a structured program that will target your concern, this may include exercise prescription, hands-on treatment, and/or lifestyle and ergonomic advice. Clinical Pilates is something that our physiotherapists often recommend if it is relevant to you.
