Our Senior Group Fitness and individual Personal Training is designed to meet the specific needs of our senior clients.
We offer:
- Small class sizes and personal attention
- Tailored exercises based on your medical, exercise and injury history
- If you have a treatment plan, we will work with your GP or physio to make sure you receive the best results from your training
- Exercises are based on specific age requirements – balance, strength, proprioception, stretching and movements to assist in everyday life.
- We offer a safe, inviting environment – indoors, with no loud blaring music – we’re not like a typical gym
- There is a family feel – why? You are probably training with our parents as well!!
- Regular community events
- Experienced trainers
- Certified First Aid and CPR with an onsite defibrillator
- Air conditioned location
- Intial assessment for suitability.
