In becoming self-aware, you are no longer ruled by subconscious negative or sabotaging thoughts. You can change your thinking, and you can change your Self, if you are willing.

When the restrictive or limiting patterns and behaviours you have developed over time are uncovered, understood, accepted, loved and released, it allows you to grow and develop into more of who you really are, and move beyond your past.

This can be a wonder-full illuminating, healing and fun process that brings you into a deeper connection with your True Self, and gives you life skills for coping with any future challenge.

Part of my soul’s calling is to help others to move beyond debilitating emotional patterns, as I have, and experience themselves as a perfect creation, who has a divine right to experience true self-love, self-worth, beauty, peace, joy, abundance and all of the good that life has to offer.
