Combined Therapies

Combined therapies can use cupping therapy as a method to promote healing. Cupping is an alternative treatment to help with chronic pain, headaches, stress and anxiety. The clinic uses suction cups which is a dry cupping technique. However, cupping therapy is not advised for those with skin irritations or have a high fever. Also, pregnant woman should avoid cupping on their stomach and lower back.

Rocktape is used in the clinic to stabilise an area with the ability to move freely. When applied the tape forms ripplies which allows blood flow, oxygen and nutrients to circulate through an area. Let your practitioner know if your allergic to plaster tape.
