Cutting Edge works closely with a specialist team of allied health professionals including dietitians, chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports specific performance coaches to ensure you will have the most innovative and relevant methods to achieve your health and fitness goals.
- 1-1 Personal Training Sessions
Results orientated, fast and efficient half hour sessions including safe, compound, functional & efficient exercises.
- Outdoor Group Classes
Fun and interactive group style sessions including a combination of strength, cardio and boxing in picturesque surroundings at Celebration Lawn, Roma Street Parklands. They run three times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) @ 6am. Great way to start the day!
- Nutrition Planning
Our nutrition plans are personally tailored to suit your individual lifestyle needs and goals. We focus on increasing mental & physical performance whether it be in a sporting event, in the boardroom or in everyday life.
- Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning
Fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement such as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility and agility.
- Metabolic Screening & Health Checks
Working in conjunction with accredited dietitians and sports nutritionists, all our clients are checked via a metabolic health screen, to identify and rectify any potential metabolic health issues.
- Corporate Wellness Chats
Nicola Williams’ background in Behavioural Science & keen interest in how exercise & nutrition affect the brain & work performance have been translated into a fun, interactive & effective ‘Corporate Wellness Chat’ for organisations looking to get the edge that comes from a few simply daily lifestyle adjustments.
