DAA Membership 

The Dietitian Association of Australia is the largest and most influential organisation for dietitians and nutritionists in the country. 

More than just an association, it is a community of support and inspiration.

Dietitians and dietetics students enrolled in accredited entry-level courses in Australia are eligible for membership. 

Being a member helps support the profession and promote good health and wellbeing for all Australians.

If you are a Dietitian Accredited Practitioner (DAP) or a dietetic student, your DAA membership offers you a way to connect with like-minded people, develop your practice, and learn from career experts.

Membership Categories

Membership Fees

The Dietitian Association of Australia requires that you are a qualified dietitian or a dietetic student enrolled in an accredited program to become a member. 

Members pay the following fees:

  • Annual payment for membership that runs from 1 January to 31 December. 
  • Payment settled in full (12 months) or instalment* (4 payments) 
  • Non-refundable fees unless Parental Leave is undertaken

As a full member, your fee reflects your current employment status. It means you pay less if you don't work full time.
