Dancing For Birth™ Classes

No dance experience required!

Dancing For Birth™ classes teach movements especially suited to pregnant women and new mothers wearing their babies in soft slings or front packs. The moves incorporated in Dancing For Birth™ classes are inspired by traditional feminine world dances such as Belly Dance, Latin and African dances as well as yoga. Weekly classes or private tuition combine dance moves along with valuable childbirth preparation skills.

"Recommended by doctors, midwives, nurses, doulas and mothers."

Danielle is a qualified dance instructor with extensive teaching experience. She is also a qualified complementary health practitioner and passionate about positioning mother and baby for their best, most healthful birth experience possible.

The next series of 4 classes will be held in Brunswick East on Fridays at 10:15am starting Friday 22nd July. First class is free, $20 per class paid casually thereafter or $45 for the remaining 3 classes if paid up front.

Classes coming soon to Point Cook - register your interest using the enquiry form.

If you would like to see classes held in other location please be in touch.

Private sessions times for pregnant ladies, either alone or with your partner can be arranged in Watsonia, Oak Park or in your own home.
