Since 2005 I have owned my own massage business in Goolwa & I have a strong passion for aiding in helping people revitalize their mind, body & souls. I have always been involved in sport & have a good understanding of sports nutrition, development, training, conditioning & recovery. I am keen to always further my education & experience within the Health, Massage & Fitness industries, & look forward to doing so in the future. I am here to meet your needs & help you get on track to a healthier lifestyle, be that with massage or fitness.
