About Me
My family is a big part of why I began my practice. Two decades ago when my children were young, I was searching for a holistic and nurturing approach to use for their general wellbeing. After trying several different options, I finally discovered Kinesiology. I fell in love with its effectiveness and how simple it was. My life as a busy mother became a whole lot easier as I was able to treat my children and my other family members, as well as myself.
Eventually, I was receiving requests from friends to have treatments and then their friends and it quickly turned from a little hobby into a business. I made the choice to leave the corporate world behind and invest in my professional Kinesiology qualifications. Over the past two decades, I have expanded my skills and added extra qualifications in other areas such as Reiki, Counselling, CranioSacral Therapy, Past Life Regression, Somato Emotional Release, and Sculptural Face Lift.
Holistic Therapy is not only my passion, but it has become a way of life for more. I am constantly amazed by the benefits that I see in clients on a day to day basis.
