Deb Robertson in Williamstown VIC holds small, personalised classes for yoga enthusiasts. Our founder and principal yoga instructor, Deb Robertson, facilitates classes which focus on strengthening and therapeutic movements, meditation and vedic chanting.

In this online class, you will experience these things, the quality of your sleep will improve and you'll wake feeling refreshed.

Though unseen, our breath is a powerful tool that builds the foundation of our existence. This online class teaches you how to develop your strength and flexibility progressively.

Reap the physical and emotional benefits of chanting by learning the simple mantra and gestures that go with it in this online class. You will be provided with copies and recordings of the chants. Additionally, the class offers a complementary 30-minute private session with Deb. Enquiries welcome.
Deb has a lineup of yoga retreats prepared, but is not accepting bookings for the time being in light of the COVID-19 situation. She will let you know the details as soon as possible.
As a yoga instructor, Deb has organised numerous retreats. Among the most memorable ones are those held at Ontos in East Gippsland, Hummingbird Eco Retreat on the Mornington Peninsula and Surf Coast Cabins in Airey’s Inlet. Deb works closely with other certified yoga teachers to ensure her students have a transformative experience. Some of this collective work include:
We accommodate 10 to 12 participants in our yoga retreats which usually commence on a Friday and end on Sunday. The accommodation includes a shared cabin, where you can have your own room or a twin share, healthy vegan meals and snacks that are available round the clock.
In addition to our workshops, we have several events in the offing that you will surely enjoy, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.
What can be more nourishing for the mind, body and soul than an hour of relaxing yoga? This class not only aims to restore all of your body systems but also supports individuals who are coping from an injury, illness, depression or anxiety.
Learn how to breathe, meditate, relax and adopt a healing mantra to soothe your mind and body, while recharging your whole system. This class helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
While others are busy cheering for the horse they’re rooting for, relish in the benefits of different yoga asanas with sound. Details of this event will follow.
