We list below the classes you can join to achieve your health and wellness goals.
7pm - 8:15pm Monday evenings (Zoom online class)
If stress is consuming your body, mind and spirit, there’s no better way to deal with it than to slow down, connect with your breath, quieten your mind and enjoy the healing power of sound. In this online class, you will experience these things, the quality of your sleep will improve and you'll wake feeling refreshed.
9:30am - 10:45am Wednesday mornings (Zoom online class)
Though unseen, our breath is a powerful tool that builds the foundation of our existence. This online class teaches you how to develop your strength and flexibility progressively.
New Class: Beginners Chant
(Zoom online class)
Reap the physical and emotional benefits of chanting by learning the simple mantra and gestures that go with it in this online class. You will be provided with copies and recordings of the chants. Additionally, the class offers a complementary 30-minute private session with Deb. Enquiries welcome.
Yoga Workshops and Retreats
Deb has a lineup of yoga retreats prepared, but is not accepting bookings for the time being in light of the COVID-19 situation. She will let you know the details as soon as possible.
As a yoga instructor, Deb has organised numerous retreats. Among the most memorable ones are those held at Ontos in East Gippsland, Hummingbird Eco Retreat on the Mornington Peninsula and Surf Coast Cabins in Airey’s Inlet. Deb works closely with other certified yoga teachers to ensure her students have a transformative experience. Some of this collective work include:
- ‘Drawing Breath: Yoga and Drawing Practice’ with Ann Howie
- ‘Yoga and Meditation’ with Vyvyan Mishra
- ‘Sutra Studies and Writing’ with Clara Brack
We accommodate 10 to 12 participants in our yoga retreats which usually commence on a Friday and end on Sunday. The accommodation includes a shared cabin, where you can have your own room or a twin share, healthy vegan meals and snacks that are available round the clock.
