Remedial/Sports Massage
This massage style focuses on releasing tightness held deep in muscles and connective tissue and is often used to treat chronic back pain, headaches and sports injuries. Regular Remedial or Sports Massage is recommended to prevent the pain associated with overworked muscles.
Relaxation and Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage involves 5 basic strokes and concentrates on the muscles to improve circulation and bring about a feeling of relaxation, relief from pain and overall health maintenance and well-being. This full body treatment will reduce tension and improve mobility and range of motion in joints, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
