As a Bowen Practitioner I have had the opportunity to learn a new gentle touch balancing and healing modality called Bowtech®. This gentle modality is suitable for anyone from new borns to the elderly.
I was introduced to Bowtech in 2006. The Bowen modality originated in the 1960's by Mr Tom Bowen from Geelong. He was a gifted man that devised and treated 13,000 people with his healing moves that he performed on many people over many years. He then invited a couple, Ossie and Elaine Rentsch to observe his treatment. After his death, at his request they were able to teach his technique to others. Now it is taught throughout 30 countries around the world.
I am passionate about Bowen because it offers the world something unique in a gentle healing relaxing treatment. I am committed to helping mothers, babies and families in improving their health and vitality, reducing their stress levels and fatigue and having a more enjoyable beginning to parenthood.
International Board of Certified Lactation consultant
International Board of Certified Lactation consultant: is a person that has performed many hours of experience in assisting mothers and babies to breast feed and has also under gone many hours of study to then qualify to undergo an exam to gain the certificate. This an International certificate and in all countries they have the same standards.
Their mission is to promote, support and protect breast feeding. They believe that breast feeding is normal and is the best for every baby. The lactation Consultants are bound by strong ethical code and strict obligations for the consultants to practice within these guidelines and must continually upgrade their knowledge and skills with ongoing education, attending conferences and certifying every 5 years.
My desire is to give every baby the best start in life and to assist mothers to bond and breast feed their babies,By empowering mothers that they can breastfeed and be excellent mothers for their babies,it gives mother and baby the best possible experience and promotes the many benefits that the mother and baby achieve from the act of breastfeeding.

"I am a mother of two (a baby boy aged almost 6 months and a three year old daughter). Since the birth of my son, I have experienced aches and pains associated with repetitive lifting and carrying.
I had never had a Bowen treatment before, so I was unsure about what to expect during the first session. Prior to the sessions, my left wrist and elbow were particularly sore. I found it challenging whenever I had to carry my baby for long. My back was also intermittently sore. I was surprised by the capacity of limited treatments to relieve these niggling pains.
