What Is Hypnotherapy & How Does It Work?

Hypnotherapy is a modality that has many applications in assisting you achieve the goals that you desire. It relieves stress and anxiety, assists in weight loss and to stop smoking. It can also be used to control/ eliminate pain as in child birth, and with changing unwanted habits like nail biting. It works with the unconscious mind, improves sports performance, public speaking nerves, eliminates guilt, eliminates anger and procrastination.

I am a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy and agree to practice within their codes of practice.

Prices

Hypnotherapy - $95 for an initial consultation
Follow up consultation - $75

Bookings

Appointments can be made for our rooms in Ringwood North or if you cannot make it to our rooms we also offer a mobile in-home service.
Our in-home service operates throughout many suburbs in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne
