Dr Natasha Davison is high performance coach and health psychologist. Both caring and dedicated, Dr Nat has been providing psychology services since 2007, in medical, public health, and community settings, as well as in private practice for the past 8 years. 

Dr Nat has had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients resolve their problems and move forward to build a better life. 

Besides being an established psychologist with 16 years of experience, Natasha is also an accredited coach, EMDR therapist, and hypnotherapist.

It is her goal to help people make rapid changes to achieve the best results in the shortest possible amount of time. 

She is constantly and consistently training in new methods to bring rapid and transformational change to motivated people, while minimising the pain in achieving that change, and speeding up the process significantly. 

The help she provides her clients is based upon both extensive life and work experience. She is dedicated, gives 100% commitment, and has a deep level of caring in helping you to live your best life.

Psychology

As a registered psychologist for the past 16 years, Dr Natasha has assisted clients with issues that include:

As a psychologist, we work session to session. Each session is usually 50-60 minutes and can be conducted either face-to-face or online. 

Dr Natasha uses evidence-based techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Committment Therapy), but is particualrly focussed on using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and will always look for the most efficient and effective way for you to get change and the results you want fast.

High Performance Coaching

With coaching, you will experience fast, effective and lasting results.

Natasha helps you to get from wherever you are now in life, to where you want to be - no matter what that may be. 

Coaching sessions are highly results focussed and may be used for:

Coaching involves purchasing a block of pre-determined sessions for either 3 or 6 months. Sessions are conducted online and are scheduled every two weeks. 

Accelerated Breakthrough Sessions

In breakthrough sessions, you work on a specific area for a block of time and see rapid results. The perfect solution for those with limited time! 

Types of therapies that may be used in these sessions include EMDR, TimeLine Therapy, Hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

By identifying and eliminating limiting beliefs and emotional baggage, this is a fast way to remove limits in the present that prevent you from achieving your goals in the future. 

Each session may last for up to 4 hours, are conducted over a relatively short period of time (e.g. 2 -4  weeks), and are typically face-to-face with some online availability.

Hypnotherapy

The goal of hypnotherapy is to reduce stress and relax the mind by working with the subconscious. 

While in a trance, your focus shifts from the conscious world to inner thoughts. 

As a result, your subconscious mind challenges any underlying beliefs that aren't serving you, resolves the ossues, and replaces those unhelpful beliefs with more helpful beliefs.

The number of sessions is determined by the severity of the problem and the individual situation.
