As a Remedial Massage Therapist I get to live my passion. I'm enthusiastic about working in the complementary health field and making a real measurable difference to peoples' lives. It's not always easy, but it is incredibly satisfying. I wouldn't have it any other way.

With extensive experience massaging thousands of people over 16 years,  I've developed a sensitive touch that people frequently describe as the "perfect pressure". Remedial Massage does not have to be unnecessarily painful. Remedial techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release Technique, when applied with intuition and an appreciation of the role of the nervous system, relieve muscular pain, and improve mobility. I help you understand how your muscles work, and what is needed to improve function.

For clients who need a regular maintenance massage, my "Firm and Flowing Restorative Massage" is deeply relaxing and satisfying.

If you prefer energy healing, then Reiki is the modality for you. Reiki is suitable for acute injuries, after operations, and with sudden onset of intense pain, when massage is contraindicated.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage stimulates flow of lymph within your lymphatic system. When lymph is flowing easily, then metabolic waste is removed from the body efficiently. Oedema in your body is usually a sign that your lymphatic system is not working efficiently.

Pregnancy Massage is available for women at any stage of pregnancy. After massaging hundreds of pregnant women, I understand what is needed to relieve tension and pain.
