Oriental Diet Therapy (Shi Liao) is a personalised approach to diet based on the individual body.

I can work with you to formulate a personal diet plan based on a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment of your body characteristics to create an optimum diet. I can also provide advice on supplementation.

Ideally meals should include a balance of The 5 flavours, a classification system which assigns specific physiological functions to each flavour. (bitter, sweet, salty, pungent & neutral).

I integrate the ancient knowledge of Oriental diet therapy with Western biochemical nutrition knowledge to help you optimize your diet to your body type.

The result is a diet tailored directly to you which helps you to achieve peak mental and physical performance!

I can help to put you on the path to eating your way back to health!

I am interested in fresh, locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, the alkaline diet, the paleo diet and of course the traditional Chinese methods of Shi Liao (which means gentle medicine) and is an intricate seasonal system of eating which keeps the body in its perfect state for each season.

Eating properly will help you overcome lethargy, fatigue & illness.
