If you are feeling troubled in any way counselling and psychotherapy can make a huge difference. It's so normal to experience ups and downs. Getting help can get us through the hard times more quickly, and you get to learn a lot on the way.
My main practice is in Manly, near the ferry, buses and a free parking station, and I also see people in Avalon and on Zoom. (Zoom is a surprisingly effective way to do therapy).
It is important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor or psychotherapist. Ring and we can have a 15 minute, no obligation, talk. It'll help you get a feeling for what I offer, and for your next step. I'll support you in finding what's best for you.
