About Ellie

Through my experiences as a nurse and birth doula, I firmly believe that preparing for birth is about alleviating expectations, and allowing the beautiful and natural process of birth, by being present in every moment. Furthermore, my role is to support you in trusting yourself and your amazing capable body. I am committed to providing holistic, tailored care, as well as unbiased and evidence-based information about the birth process, in order for expectant parents to feel physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared for the journey of birth, I am excited to provide my knowledge in the natural relief of pain for the different stages of labour, along with my medical expertise as a nurse. I am constantly looking to develop my skills and knowledge in different areas such as nutrition throughout pregnancy and the post-partum, massage for labour and pregnancy, and prenatal yoga.
