About
My experience ranges from all ages. I’ve worked in a residential rehabilitation service for offending and substance abuse, held Mindfulness and wellness programs for women, provided Life Coaching to Veterans and created Anxiety, Depression and Mindfulness programs for companies Australia wide. I’ve also worked in private practice and I also currently provide the PEERS Social Skills program for Disability clients and services. I have thoroughly enjoyed supported and joining all of these clients on their path to creating the life they desire.
Specialisation
I enjoy providing interventions to all ages with a focus on holistic health and well-being, Mindfulness and meditation, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and spiritual/ Christian counselling. My passion is to help people heal holistically exploring and navigating all areas of their life. I will also be a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and Hypnotherapist in February.
Who I look forward to working with?
My ideal customer is someone ready to take self-responsibility and create change in their life. I am passionate about helping my clients live authentically, and identify their direction, vision and purpose. I also enjoy working in women's health, with those who have been incarcerated, are struggling with substance use, or have a disability and need support. My main modality is via telehealth.

My practice includes life coaching hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics programming, with the aim to allow the client to normalise and change their relationship with themselves, learn how to live authentically, and become the best version of themselves.
