Get your friends together and get fit at home. Maximum of 4 people. Including boxing, strength, flexibility, cardio - depending on what you like and what you need. All my services are home delivered.

$70 per hour

Get in shape in the comfort of your own home. Strength, flexibility, weight loss, cardio, posture and balance - whatever you need to feel great. All my services are home delivered.
