Our yoga style is a power yoga, similar to Ashtanga style, which flows from one movement to another, allowing for a great workout. We also offer Hatha style yoga which is a slower gentler class that is still great for strength and flexibility that has a focus on breath and mind-body awareness.
The class commences with a gentle relaxation technique to clear your busy mind and ends with a few minutes of meditation.
