Hello, my name is Dave Hagger. I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Massage Therapist with many years working within the field of health and fitness.
I was concerned by the number of customers coming to see me who have had bad experiences in the past. Some of these people had been pushed too hard for their level of fitness by a personal trainer. They received insufficient empathy and understanding and unlimitedly were left feeling afraid and sometimes injured as a result of these experiences. Many of them also tried massage at some point and often found their therapists to be lacking in anatomy and physiology knowledge which resulted in too much or not enough pressure being applied; making the experience uncomfortable or just a waste of time.
I founded Exercise Unlocked Health Studio to help people just like you to reduce the risk of illness and improve the quality of life by combining appropriate, safe exercises with professional therapeutic massage to help reset and relax the body and mind equally.
