I personally experienced a rocky post-natal period from my inability to seek the support I needed after my second baby and I wouldn’t want a similar path for you. If there is a way that I can help you through this delicate time on any level – body, mind or soul, I am just a quick call away.

Post-natally I offer:

• time out to recharge, I can provide you with highly nourishing bodywork and a gentle listening ear.


• specialised post-natal meditation and yoga classes to assist in balancing your hormones, recharging and enjoying the company of other mothers.


• birth debriefing, counselling, trauma therapy or Closing of the Bones ritual if there were parts of the birthing experience that have left you feeling anxious, sad, angry or just not right.

I provide all of this in a flexible way that will work around your needs as a mother.
